I've been man-down this past week, only surviving on a strong diet of medication and sleep. It's been intense.

The best thing about being bed bound has been the dogs. The only time I'd leave the comfort and safety of my bed would be to go out and feed the them. This playlist is made up of rock songs with insanely loud guitar riffs, pounding drums and overall chaos which was inspired by Winston, the most insanely loud and unapologetic dog I've ever had. Right now I'm writing this little blurb with him asleep next to me at my desk but this week, he's been nothing short of a whirling dervish of straight up chaotic energy. Bedding, doors, devices and straight up peace have all been destroyed by this guy and when it was time to put the playlist together, it made sense to put together songs that had a sound that would comfortably accompany his antics.

If I so much as looked at my screens, I would feel the looming dread of wasted hours creeping up behind me, its spiky fingers clawing at my legs, licking at my bootyhole with its poison tongue of guilt. I have a mountain of things I need to catch up on and I have no idea where to start but putting this playlist together has gotten me really in the mood for it.
